I have been following you for a couple years now, I love your authentic approach to the money making the world and I got the opportunity to work with you a few years ago but was bad timing as my mom got really sick and I had to take care of her, and did not get to follow through on the project but I am now really looking forward to starting somewhere, start a business and have someone to guide me on the right path to success. I have been trying for over 6 years and still have not gotten that success and reliability I look for in an income and I am hoping that is something you can help me with.

Well James known you for a while and have this stuff really works and sort of started a mentorship with you but life issues got in the way. I’ve owned real estate and financing was always the hardest. I got married and with my first child on the way I decided to sell everything I had which was way before the meltdown. That was years ago and now I think I might give it a try again. I know that I don’t want to buy and hold and it would totally be buy and flip only and I hope to pick up some valuable nuggets from you and how long i stay is where I stand right now. My birthday was earlier this month. So just another year older, but still learning. Have fun on your birthday and don’t try to cut any of those trees down..Again sorry to hear of your loss. I think my wife’s mother may pass away soon..not sure…Anyway take care. I don’t need any free gifts..I have that by just breathing today. I’m not that old but seems it creeps up on you.
